On the reservation form we collect your full name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests and your optional note. On the contact form we collect your full name, email, phone number and message. For security and abuse prevention, your IP address is kept in short-term technical logs.

Your data is processed to evaluate your reservation request, communicate with you, plan your stay, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations.
Legal grounds
We process your data where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate interests and, where needed, with your explicit consent.
Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. The infrastructure that hosts this website and our email services runs on our own servers.
Retention
Reservation and contact records are kept for as long as the stay relationship and related legal obligations require, and are then deleted or anonymised.

This website only uses technical cookies required for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion and to object to processing.
